I guess this makes 6 blogs on the week. Here is my enthymeme from an article about the confirmation of Roberts. My sentence is a quote from Democratic senator Edwards Kennedey: I regret my vote to confirm Justice Scalia, even though he, too, like Judge Roberts was a nice person and a very smart Harvard lawyer. In this quote he says That he regrets confirming a justice even though they are a nice person and a very smart Harvard lawyer. The assumption is that nice people and lawyers do not make good judges. This could be doubted since typically judges need to be lawyers first.

Phillies are more then likly out of the playoffs...again. I'm a big Phillies fan, so I'm kind of dissappointed by the end of this season. Even though the Phillies always come close, but never close enough. It was one of the better seasons they've had in a long time, so next year is looking good.

I have my first exam tonight. It's on the hardest subject I have...chem 12. I think a lot of people also have this exam tonight since like 70 some sections all have it at 6:30 tonight. Hopefully I don't fail.

My parents are coming up this weekend. Not only that but about 7 of my high school friends are coming up for the game. And on top of that another friend of mine who already goes here is sleeping in our dorm this weekend. So we will have about 5 extra people in our dorm room this weekend, while my parents are here. It's gonna be an interesting weekend.

Rain sucks. I forgot an umbrella while I was walking around my three clases. So the lesson is always bring an umbrella with you.

Everybody went home this weekend. And if they didn't go home their parents were up. This made for a less fun weekend in my opinion. Not to mention the football team struggled a lot, and will probalby get destroyed by Minnesota. But the volleyball game was awesome, and all of you should go to them.
